Elmbrook’s Professional Mentoring Program will help you work at your best by changing your approach to challenge. The core of the program is showing you how to craft an hour of work — called a Golden Hour — to attain your highest level of focus at will. You will learn how having a spirit of service can transform your way of working, enabling you to thrive in life — in college and beyond.

You will work weekly with an experienced mentor who will teach you our approach to work, and help you set specific goals to grow as much as possible. Get started now by taking your first Elmbrook Professional Inventory (EPI), which assesses how well you are engaging challenges in all areas of life, and guides each mentoring session.
